No, officially Quadera won't work on Windows 10. I've studied the system requirements posted in the Help manual and this is what is says:

As you can see, there is no Windows 10 support, but if you have the installation package, right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows XP or Windows 7 from the list, tick the Run As Administrator option and then launch the program.
I am using TGA-MS analyzer and Quadera program version 4.3 for this device. I don't find eV segment in the program and some experimental results are negative. What can I do? Also,I need a manual for the software. Can you help?

If you can't find the eV segment and the experimental results are negative, I recommend you contact the official developers and ask for help. Unfortunately, the user guide that you can find accessing the first link on Google search engine doesn't provide any information regarding the eV segment and the experimental results.
